The World's largest Christmas tree has been lighted up in the Umbrian town of Gubbio, Italy. The tree has more than 800 lights powered by solar energy. Since 1991 the tree is enlisted in the Guinnes World Records

This kindergarten is run by Catholic Nuns, but 90% of children are from Buddhist families. Public kindergarten in Myanmar is often reputed to be at a low level, so when it is possible, people send their children to private institutes.

This family is one of the poorest, living in the outskirts of Yangon, near Insein Prison. English soccer players and religious posters fill up the paper-wall which divide the tiny wooden house into two rooms. Catholic Caritas help this family by giving food and paying the daughter's school fee.

Sister Mary is responsible for taking care of the dispensary in Zawgyi Village, Mandalay District, where a female-orphanage is located. The nearest dispensary is in Mandaly, two hours by car from this small village, so Sister Mary takes care of all the people of Zawgyi and nearby villages.
