Protesters clashed with military personnel in Cairo for a second consecutive day. Hundreds of protesters threw stones early Saturday morning at security forces. According to Egyptian state TV and the country's health ministry, eight people have died and more than 300 people have been injured since the clashes began in Cairo on Friday.
